How do I become a Wholesale customer?
Please visit our SHOP WHOLESALE link to apply to become a wholesale customer. Once you are registered, your account will reflect wholesale pricing and checkout.
Is there a minimum order size?
Yes, you will not be able to checkout as a wholesale customer unless you make a purchase of $125
Do you offer volume or discount pricing?
If you think your order may qualify for a volume discount or you'd like more information on pricing, please reach out to tom@yourgrannys.com
What payments do you accept? Do you offer payment terms?
We accept payment via check, ACH and in some cases through digital payment. If you are placing an order online, please select "Net Terms" at checkout. If you have questions or concerns about the payment types offered please reach out to tom@yourgrannys.com
Will I be charged taxes on my order?
If you are a tax exempt customer, please send your completed ST-3 to team@yourgrannys.com with the subject line "Wholesale ST-3".
How/when will I receive my order?
We do our best to fulfill wholesale orders within 3 business days of an order being placed. Orders are shipped or delivered depending on the location. If you are local to Minneapolis/St. Paul or have a preference on delivery date/time please reach out to team@yourgrannys.com.
