Granny's Lucky Charm Pretzel Bars: A St. Paddy's Day Treat Worth Chasin'!
Well, darlings, it’s that time of year again when everyone’s suddenly Irish, leprechauns are up to no good, and everything turns green like it’s gone bad in the fridge. But don’t worry — my famous Lucky Charm Pretzel Bars will make you feel like you’ve struck gold!
What You’ll Need:
☘️ 1 box of Lucky Charms (yes, the marshmallows count as a food group)
☘️ 1 bag of Granny’s S’mores Pretzels (the best kind, of course!)
☘️ 1/2 cup butter
☘️ 1 cup brown sugar
☘️ 1/2 cup corn syrup
☘️ 1/4 tsp salt
☘️ 1/8 tsp baking soda

Prep your pretzels: Crush a bag of Granny’s S’mores Pretzels down to be the salty sweet bottom layer of our Lucky Charm Bars.

Layer on top a box of Lucky Charms Cereal.

Making the Magic Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt your butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring it to a boil and let it bubble away for 2 minutes. Add in Baking Soda and remove from heat!

Combine: Pour the buttery magic mixture over your cereal and pretzel combo.

Chill: Transfer your bars into the refrigerator to chill.
