Here’s the quick and honest update:
1. Granny’s isn’t going anywhere, pinky promise.
There have been a lot of big federal conversations happening around hemp products lately, and while nothing is fully settled, the latest changes give businesses like ours about a year to keep operating as usual. Industry experts expect some kind of “bridge” or stop-gap to be put in place, and we’re staying on top of every update.
Bottom line: Granny’s is here, we’re staying, and we’re still cooking up your favorites.
2. Minnesota has new rules we have to follow.
This is the big one for our Minnesota friends:
Starting January 1, 2026, we can no longer ship infused products directly to Minnesota customers.
We know… it’s a bummer. Truly. But the good news?
It means more support for local shops carrying Granny’s and honestly, we love that. If you need help finding a retailer near you, just reach out and we’ll point you in the right direction.
In the meantime: Stock up!
Some of our current packaging won’t meet new state requirements after January 1, so we’re clearing those products out - up to 50% off while they last.
3. You’ll see a few changes but the heart of Granny’s stays the same.
We’re updating our packaging, tightening up some compliance steps, and shifting how we get product to Minnesota customers but our mission hasn’t changed:
